"Everything was great in the hostel itself, but the best part was that before I arrived in Vietnam I texted them to arrange tours for me to ha long bay, ninh binh, and ha giang loop, and they arranged everything for me and everything went GREAT. The ha giang loop was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly. So, if you are not sure where to book it and coming in this hostel, they’ll do it for you and you won’t regret it."

The kitchen facilities are a bit tricky because one kitchen is so small (one person can fit) and the upstairs kitchen has little sitting (except outside if the weather allows).

The bathrooms were a little messy and did not have great quality. Some parts were just dated overall. Not too much to complain about.

"The location sits on main public transit options; Bus stop, METRO station, and one street away a main connecting street offering additional public bus stops & connections. A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.

"location is good. Know my way in that area, it is the third time I was in Jongno district. economical, good staff, clean and safe place. There is a kitchen area if one wishes to use. everything are close by"

I am not expecting anymore than what I got. convenient location, quiet, comfortable hide out, what more should I expected. hot and cold potable water through out the building there is not anything I did not like.

Our room was very hot. There was a little fan but unless we had the door open it did little to cool the room.

"The staff were amazing, especially Carlos. The daily breakfast was delicious and appreciated. The room was lovely. We had hot water in the shower and there was a attached restaurant. The pool area and shared outdoor space was clean and comfortable. It was a secure area."

Lots of stairs. As others have said the entrance is not great.

"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

"Very clean rooms with air conditioning at a very reasonable price a bit low in my opinion. The parking is also gated with code access which makes you feel very secure about your car. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any queries."

"We loved how quaint & authentic the decor was. I felt I was in Peru & not in an American cookie cutter hotel. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. They fixed our TV issues quickly. Gave us bottled water & candy. Very nice breakfast including scrambled eggs! We were near the bluffs so an easy walk. Also to walk to the Indian Market was about 20-30 minutes, a decent stroll."

Construction next door was going on but stopped by 500pm. No air conditioning but was provided a fan which worked out to be fine

"The place was cheap and affordable. But also provided great amenities which made it feel like home. The staff were also very friendly and check-in was easy."

I had a couple of noisy roommates who snored but otherwise it was ok.

"Great value for the money. We had bug net on windows and around the bed. Hot water in the shower, you can see the ocean from the roof. Street is not busy, can park car next to a hotel door. Overall I'm really happy with my stay."

"Very nice staff and clean comfortable room and beds. The showers were very clean. The AC was wonderful in the hot summer days. Great place to explore Madrid on a budget!"

I didn't like the messiness of the place. Overall quite chaotic building with construction sites and no comfortable shared space. There is a great rooftop, but is not really used and fully available for guests yet.
