"Beautiful scenic location with attentive staff, and amazing food. On a clear night, you are treated to a beautiful a night sky which you can enjoy not just from the hot tub but also from the attached shower which has an opening glass canopy on the top."

The hot tub could use a scrub as there is biofilm forming. Bit of spiderwebs here and there, nothing unusual for such a location.

"Minimalist room with bed and heating panel. Clean, safe and comfort. Great experience listening to the sound of nature."

Bring your own towel, pillow and blanket. Perhaps good for hygiene.

"This is an incredibly magical place. Anna, Paulo and their teams have done an amazing job of providing five-star service in the middle of a beautiful jungle. The accommodations are smart and clean and rustic elegant. The water is warm, clear and clean. Perfect for a swim after trekking the jungle. Perhaps even better this Lodge contributes to the sustainable development of the local communities and to reduced poaching and illegal logging. They work closely with the ministry of environment and local rangers. Highly recommend this stay."

"The area is pretty remote, the facilities were really good provided. Greateful for hosting me especially so far in the season. Meal is modest as you would expect, essentially and locally made 👌. The staff is great, helpful and beyond happy to receive guests. Borsh is a dream loved to have it all for ourselves. All the best to staff, I believe they can be the best. Will come back!"

There are overall details that can be made smoother and better and I believe they'll get there.

"Great set up, breakfast, it poured with rain one night and the tent was dry as a bone. Dog loved it. Didn’t use the swimming pool but looked good for families. Good showers and communal cooking facilities."

Not a problem with the campsite: there is 8 km unpaved road only to this place.

The thing about having points in access card to take shower, it’s not needed, people who are doing camping are nature friendly enough to do not waste water.

It had to be expected but the rain falling on the tent made it hard to sleep, otherwise everything is good !

Unfortunately, they cannot have a shower in the dome.. that was the only inconvenience!

Some of the fourniture was a little old and that really impacts the perception of gests. This does not mean that the hotel wasn't clean, it is just a question of maintenance of the fourniture.
