"The private apartment was so cute and clean and perfect for our one night stay near Husavik. It was nice to have a patio and beautiful view, and an extra bonus to have a Nespresso machine!"

"The design was modernized, nice bathroom, a compact kitchen, big windows. The owner was very nice who made sure our check in was smooth and the stay was comfortable. She also allowed late check out which was appreciated. The only inconvenience is that since the room is small, there was no luggage rack or something to put up luggages."

"This was hands-down the nicest place we stayed in Iceland. It was expensive, but every place we stayed was overpriced- at least this place was really nice for the money we spent. We stayed in 12 different hotels (we drove the ring road), and my husband and I both said it felt like a little home. It was very clean, had lots of amenities (including a little dishwasher, which was really nice to wash our water bottles!). There is not cook top in the space, but they did have a microwave, dishes, a fridge, and like I mentioned a dishwasher. The bed was comfortable, the room felt really clean, and the view was really beautiful."

"This was a problem at every place we stayed, but the "blackout curtains" don't really blackout the artic summer light, so it can be a bit hard to sleep- but this was not isolated to this stay. Just bring an eye mask."

"This was one of favorite places that we stayed in Iceland. It was tiny but comfortable, with everything we needed--water boiler, microwave,frig, even a little dishwasher, and blankets for covering our laps when we sat outside. The terrace was so nice--overlooking the mountains and the sea across a marshy meadow. The combination of the beautiful view and the cozy comfort was perfect."
