The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

Liked everything. But the height of this hill is a bit high so I would suggest that one should not take the elderly.

"Quiet, green, uncomformist to the Italian onslaught in the rest of Watamu, wel kept, and very kind personel. Plus great breakfast."

The fans could use an update.

"We had a spectacular time staying at the Tsoelike River Lodge in Lesotho! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. They consistently checked in with us to make sure our fires were lit in our cabins, if we needed the room to be freshened up, and if we were enjoying our time. This on top of the stunning mountain views right from your window made for a wonderful stay."

No complaints! We had a great time and would book again upon returning to Lesotho.

"Perfect little cabin / apartment with everything you need and great access / views of lake and mountains outside your door. As I read in a review when i booked this, really wish we had stayed more than 1 night. We could have happily stayed a week here. Great base in Vagamo with a 25 minute drive to Lom and access to Jotunheimen National Park. Highly recommend!"

"The staff is so friendly! Was really a lovely experience. We only stayed one night to extend on the island , but It was one of our favourite experiences with the owners. Their kindness is so refreshing. The bungalows are basic, the bed is so comfy. It really gives you jungle beach vibes. Also try their coffee, best cappuccino ever. Double shot and the froth is on point. We even ran into the owners in Ranong coming off the slow ferry and they offered us a ride to our hostel. It really just made us so happy! I wish them all the luck with this new project of theirs. They have only really been actively open a total of 5 months!"

A little further from the beach but if you ride a scooter you are fine. 16 minute walk to one beach and the rest are about 40-45 minutes in each direction walking! Food not too far!

"I had a great stay. Wandered around and enjoyed the island life. Took a night walk with the hosts who were very friendly and attentive. They picked me up and returned me to the ferry. I was able to use one of their snorkels and mask. The shower was excellent and bed was very comfortable. I had a great stay. Thank you!"

There was construction going on all through the day and doors slamming early in the morning. The construction crew were loud and abrasive. The door slamming has to do with the way the door lock mechanism is set up. The ferry brought me to island very early and wasn't able to check into my room until much later.

I was particularly impressed with its convenient location, situated in a peaceful and quiet area, which made it perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy environment that felt like home. The interior of the hostel was thoughtfully designed, offering a nice blend of comfort and functionality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring guests felt cared for. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable experience."

"Friendly staff with breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with beautiful garden scenery surrounding. It was a simple rustic bungalow."

Sometimes the water didn’t work. There were large black wasps making a nest in the washroom.

"Spectacular views and surroundings. VERY comfortable beds, sheets, pillows, covers. Great tea :) Welcoming and attentive staff, particular thanks to Emanuel who ensured that our stay was just perfect."

Very little really. The set up of the bathroom made it that everything got wet but we didn’t feel it was a problem, especially as there was plenty of warm water at all times and the water pressure was good.

"Ms Maria who runs the place and makes the breakfast is absolutely a lovely person. All the team members who work there have been very kind to us. The bed was comfortable and the view of our veranda was precious."

It was quite difficult to find the exact place - you need to make a call to understand exactly where they are located. The parking at some specific hours had been complicated in that area. The room was quite small and there were literally only two plugs in the whole bedroom and bathroom for one to charge any devices (one was connected with the TV and the other one with the fridge).
