"Pros- value of stay is worth it. Very nice scenery feels kinda like a forest/jungle and a staying in a cabin. -nice big pool and chairs to lounge on around pool. -good breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt. Order the food freshly made. And cookie/muffin (wish it had more options like pancakes/waffles) -The rooms very clean and spacious, great tv lots of channels. -Supper/restaurant is good has a good amount of options(little pricy tho, room delivery for a few) -Beds comfy(but it’s 2 beds put together as one and so you can’t lay in middle. As you feel the separated beds) Kind staff"

Cons- The hot water last about 1min in the bathtub. Maybe 5mins in the shower. -Wifi didn’t work at all (connected but didn’t load nothing) -Not soundproof can hear people walking past. -The beds is not 1 bed it’s 2 beds put together and you can definitely feel the separated part in middle.

I didn’t like the pillows, they weren’t very comfortable. Sometimes I called from my room whether it was reception or to clean the room, no one picked up.

"The location was wonderful! I loved the hot pot on site and the sauna! The proximity to so many water falls and Laugarfell was great! We enjoyed the cute museum on site and appreciated the 50% discount! The staff was incredibly helpful. We forgot a suitcase and they quickly realized our mistake and called us before we had been gone more than a few minutes. It was a quick turnaround to be reunited with our belongings! So kind and thoughtful!"

"I had such a lovely time there. The facilities are first rate and the staff is amazing. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They put every effort into doing whatever was necessary to make my stay perfect. I was there kind of off season, so the spa was closed, but I wanted services, so they had someone come in for me. I had an amazing massage. The room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable, and I loved the shower. Breakfast was quite yummy and they had rooms service for other meals also. The boatman they had for my lake tour really took me all over the lake. The prices were reasonable, so I could relax and just enjoy the lovely place and not stress about anything."

I honestly can't think of anything. It would have been nice if their gift shop had been open, because I'd have like to buy some of the products they have in the bathroom.

The drinks, especially the wine was very disappointing. I guess I should plan on paying extra for higher quality. Real coffee (not instant) would be a nice alternative. Thanks.

"I really enjoyed the warm and attentive staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of, which made my stay very pleasant. The pool was fabulous and the restaurant exceeded my expectations!"

The stay was great overall, but the Wi-Fi could have been a little stronger. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

"The hotel is located in a very good location.Close to nice beaches, to the old town, to the aquapark... We received two rooms connected by a door (family room) which was a very good solution for us The staff was great, the food was very good (especially if you are not vegeterian), the place is very clean and well maintended. There are taxis working with the hotel with fixed rates per location."

The resort is great if you have young kids. There are almost no vegeterian food options during the day between the main meals (even the pizza was with meet) Altought according to booking.com comments it seems that no metter which hotel you reserve (bay, mare or palace) you are allowed to use all the facilities...this is not the case...each pool has signs saying that the facility is for a a specific hotel The hotel private beach is good only if you are in the palace hotel...otherwise...you are not getting anything there and also the sea shore is small and not so attractive... You are allowed to order once a week dinner in one of two restaurants located in the resort. I couldn't order anything during our week stay since it was full...

"LOVED this place. I will visit Sunbrid Nkopola again!! Breakfast is very nice with all the variety. Room, bathroom and resting room is perfect. Table and chair if you need to work. Closet for clothes"

Sometimes it can be noisy in the rooms with neighbors (over the weekend) but they are willing to sort it out. The wifi in the room was very good but in the bar / restaurant it was sometimes weak.

"Staff: super supportive. One of the member of our party injured, and Cresta staff immediately checked her status, then suggested us the solutions (private doctor or public hospital) then someone escorted us to the doctor then the pharmacy. Food: extremely rich breakfast, fantastic selection of foods for dinner. All the three evenings the staff congratulated to the guests who had anniversary with some folk-dance and singing improvized. The park: everywhere warthogs, some bushbucks, banded mongooses and cheeky vervets (be careful, they are stealers!) Rooms: cosy Programs: there is a travel office on site, and they organize trips to Vic Falls, Chobe Game Reserve and boat cruises on Chobe River."

"The indoor pool, kid slides, and Bongo play area were great for our toddler grandson. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The food was tasty and plentiful. They had quite a few gluten free options available for our daughter."

The room was dated and needed to be cleaned better. The bathroom doors didn’t lock and one didn’t shut all the way.

"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

"We absolutely loved our time here! The property is beautiful cared for and it’s clear the owners are invested in their guests and their enjoyment of the place. Great pool area and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was REALLY nice!!! Greeted with a welcome drink on arrival (whatever we all wanted). The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this property!"

There is nothing, really. It’s a great place to stay. The only little thing would be the lack of clothes washing facilities, but we knew that before arriving and they gave some suggestions of where we could go.

The menu was good, but could be better. Would have loved more sea activities like jet skiing. Also outdoor screen viewings would have been fun.

"The views, the food (in comparison to other all inclusive options, the food at the buffet, pool bar and Asian restaurant were great), the beach, variety of alcoholic drinks and the speed of the service. Specially, Panos the bar man was super nice and hospitable, and made great drinks!"

The towel situation (two per room), size of pool and amount of seating which wasn’t enough (this isn’t in regard to the cool living exclusive pool which we could not access and was much nicer) - and generally, seating - during the day the rooftop bar is not open, so can’t sit there. Size of the room we had was kind of small, our shower needed maintenance because the doors wouldn’t seal shut so water would pour out. Staff-wise, some staff members weren’t very hospitable, some of the bartenders and front desk.

"I did not have breakfast, but for the location yes, I really like the location because it is closer to the beach and also the other places like Market, shops, Air Niugini and safe for me and quite too."

Our only complaint was that we were the furthest room from the front desk. Other than that we were very happy with it.

Beds a bit too firm. Some septic smell in bathroom sinks. The restaurant was understaffed for new years.

"The staff were both professional and friendly, doing a great job accommodating my dad and I. The two bedroom suite was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning balcony view of the beach. It was a pleasure both during the day and nighttime."

There weren't much I did not like about the resort. The suite was comfortable, the staff were pleasure to interact with, the beach was lovely and the meals were good. I appreciated the location because there were so many alternative restaurants nearby to choice from as well. The only suggestion I would offer is having weekly documentation of activities on site when customers check in. My dad likes Aqua Aerobics and I would have liked to know in advance the days and times he could have participated. Unfortunately, we only knew of the activities when we were going to breakfast and saw it in action.

"Great value for the money. The hotel is completely renovated with super nice rooms and facilities. Please ignore previous comments about not being completed. The entire area is beautiful. We had the pleasure to visit multiple restaurants and all of them had great food. Recommend to book them already the first night to make sure that you have a spot. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and filled up with water, drinks and snacks. Pools and beach is great with plenty of options for everyone."

The only negative aspect is that a big portion of the staff doesn’t speak English, so sometimes it can be a bit tricky to communicate, but it is always sorted out somehow. The resort is huge(you have access to all other hotels under the palladium umbrella), sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate. You can take out how many towels you want, so people tend to book up a lot of spots without really using them. When arriving later to the beach, it was usually difficult to find something. Recommendation would be to limit the number of towels a room can take out.

Absence of guide for beach activities and a the lighting of the room was a bit darker. However, it doesn't affect my overall rating. I love the room.

Thr bed is to soft... but one of two nights for my back it's not so bad.

The curtains didn’t open and close fully and bathtub stopper didn’t work. Ongoing pool & restaurant construction with no prior notification.

"Location, Wi-Fi was good. Restaurants were great and the staff are amazing. Kitchenette is a very good addition. Views are amazing and nice hiking trails nearby. There is bus services close by (you can pay by card). Cab services available or book Bolt/Uber."

The mattress is not very comfortable. The sofa-bed was actually better.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.
