"The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff was exceptional. Serhie was incredibly helpful in getting me a train ticket back to Poland. He was very patient and stayed late on a Friday evening to help me even though I'm sure he wanted to go home. The older male bartender was very friendly and kind. The food from the bar was good. I ate 2 or 3 meals at the bar. The breakfast was delicious and has really improved considerably since the last time I was here about 3 and 1/2 years ago when they had breakfast in the second floor bar area. It was very fresh and they had many options."

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Premier Hotel Rus has always been an outstanding hotel since I first started coming to Kiev in 2012.

"The property was in a great location. Staff were VERY accommodating & helpful. 24 hr room service & bar. Pool was nice and there were life guards. There were local vendors in the lobby whom you could purchase goods from."

"The hotel is set on the edge of the sea, with the pool and restaurants directly beside it. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was also very comfortable and quiet and spacious. We hosted a private dinner for my husband's birthday for 40+ guests and the service, food, set up, ambiance and every last detail was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to help manage last minute requests (flowers, placecards, etc.!). They did everything with a wonderful attitude and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel both for a stay or for hosting a special event. I would definitely go back."

Nothing really- all was great! There is no beach at the hotel (which we knew), but there are beaches close by.

"I really liked this hotel! While they were relatively small compared to the ones around it, the staff was really nice and kind, the vibe was really chill, perfect for a vacation."

Way too expensive for what is offered, having in mind the resort next door charges the same for all-inclusive. The dinner options (which was included in my rate) were also very limited, especially if you’re picky with food, or have some dietary restriction. The breakfast options were okay but nothing to rave about.

My gf slip and fell in the pool as the frame drain cover was broken in the middle.

"The hotel is perfectly located for arriving by bus late at night. A few minutes walk and you are at the hotel.. There is no need to worry about finding an honest taxi or onward travel. A very warm and friendly welcome by professional reception staff who speak English. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. There is a very good supermarket next door and lots of restaurants. It is a short, easy walk to the centre to and you can leave your luggage after check out so perfect if your onward travel is by bus. Kosovo is such a friendly country, and I loved the atmosphere and welcome in Prishtina."

The soups could be done better. Supervisor to check food on display to be reimbursed. Our beds were two single beds which were too small in size.

The only thing makes it lose points is that the electricity generator group is too close to the apartment area. In the night it disturbs sleep even though the windows are closed.

Really good food - loved the delicious green beans and the mixed vegetables. Also really enjoyed the unusual tuna omelette. The WiFi network has many overlapping networks with different numbers (Hotel Aurore 2, Hotel Aurore 4, etc.), and none of them would stay consistently online. At one point I was able to do 20 minutes of streaming, but at many other times I could not do photo uploading. If they could get a solid WiFi connection all under a single network, this would be a huge upgrade. The jacuzzi was not actually heated when I checked. I was in two sizes of rooms, and the A/C seemed to do a pretty good job in the smaller one, but struggled to cool the room in a triple room, which may reflect the size of the room vs. the A/C output. The shower did not actually work when I first arrived (though they were able to fix that within about 15 minutes.) Even when fixed, the shower water got lukewarm, not hot.

slow evening dinner service in restaurant; dated furnishings/decor in units; units with kitchen facilities should include a table and chairs inside the unit; uppermost level units are only accessible via narrow sharply rising twisted pathways full of potholes and broken pavement (and no guard rails of any kind) making them dangerous for driving and quite scary for folks with mobility challenges.

"Nice property with plenty of area to hang out. Great breakfast. Service was good and hotel was accommodating. While private party was happening until 4am, hotel had moved us to opposite side of the hotel. Sounds from the party were minimal and not an issue!"

Disappointed with how breakfast servers expect tip for them brining the coffee to you. If you don't tip them one day, they won't even ask you for coffee the other day. That behavior from a 5 star hotel was disgusting. The shower massage did not work. I stayed in two rooms but it was not working in any of the rooms. The bidet was leaking. You just don't expect such things from a 5 star. Being a 5 star hotel they don't carry a first aid box. I was shocked when they told me the don't have first aid when I needed something. A small organization of 15 people have first aid and this was a well branded 5 start hotel.

Toilet this time not so clean. Found a pubic hair on the wall of the tub. There was a bad drain smell coming out of toilet, sink drain & floor drain.
